Is there a minimum number of people required?
Some of our packages have a minimum number of guests required. This is so they can be priced as low as possible. If you have less than the minimum, that’s fine, it may just mean a higher price for the package. Generally our packages are designed for 10+ people.
Does everyone in the group have to do every part of a package?
Not everyone has to do every part of the package and we can tailor the package for you. Just let us know what you need done and we’ll work it all out for you, so you’re getting the most bang for your buck.
Are minors allowed to attend?
Our parties are designed for adults (age 18+), however if you do have underage guests, they may be welcome to join the party under certain conditions for each package (please discuss these with us).
How exactly does payment work?
A deposit of only $200 is required on booking a package. Final payment is required 5-10 days before the party (refer to your booking confirmation form). Payments can be processed by Bank Transfer, PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. There are no refunds as we pre-pay everything with our suppliers. However, in the case that we are able to obtain a refund on your behalf, we will refund the money to you (this is only applicable prior to the party taking place). Note that a minority of our venues such as Room 13 do allow payment on arrival (refer to the relevant package and booking confirmation for details).
Do we get to choose our own staff?
All event staff such as topless waiters/waitresses and strippers, are allocated by Get Loose. For operational reasons we do not allow clients to choose their own staff or the timing of entertainment. This is mainly because we cannot guarantee you will get who you ask for and we don’t want to let you down if they cancel and have to be replaced. The other reason is that we are a busy events management agency with a small team of contractors that we rely on. We are not just a staffing agency that dips into a pool of dozens of random people. We carefully select our staff with a track record of professionalism, experience, personality and reliability. Having said this, if you make a booking, we will still note any requests you have, and we will try our best for you when we do the rosters the week of the function.

If you find better value for the same kind of package/experience that we have quoted you for, we will beat that price. We offer this because our packages and experiences are unique, so it's unlikely that you will find something similar. We don't believe in copy/paste experiences that you may find through other booking agents. We are an events management agency and we put a lot of effort into building partnerships and designing experiences that you won't find anywhere else.
