How To Book a Party
Tell us what you want
We’ll draft a suggested package based on your initial requests, and invite you to customise that package. Your party planner will help you build your perfect package. Everything is customisable and the price changes with the number of guests you have. The more people you have, the cheaper it gets.
Lock it in!
When we have designed your package, we will send you a booking confirmation form to lock it in. This form includes payment options for a deposit required to secure your venue(s). The deposit is usually only $200. Because our venues do get booked out, your requested function date/time is only secured once the deposit is paid. You will receive an SMS notification when your deposit clears, so you know your function is confirmed.
The balance isn’t payable until 5-10 days before the function (this date will be specified in your booking confirmation). You have until then to confirm the number of guests attending and make any changes to your package. The more time you give yourself to do this, the easier this process will be for you. Your party planner is there to help answer any questions you have along the way, and make any changes to your package. On the week of your function we will send you an itinerary with all your updated function details on hand, including your contacts for the day.
Get Loose and enjoy the party!
Have outrageous fun, try not to hurt yourself (or anyone else) and take plenty of pics (just incase you forget anything later on). We're at your service even during the party, so keep our number on hand in case you forget anything while you're having too much fun!
