Can we choose our Waiters, Waitresses, Hosts, Strippers?

For Hens parties, all staff are allocated by Get Loose. We have a small team of registered employees and contractors that are professionally trained and insured. We do rosters internally the week of the events and do not allow clients to choose their own staff or the timing of entertainment. In our experience, agencies that allow you to choose your own staff cannot guarantee you get who you ask for anyway. Having said that, we will always take your requests and consider them when doing rosters.

For Bucks parties, all staff are independent contractors. For Boat parties only, we allow clients to choose staff for an admin fee of $50. This gives you input into the ladies available but does not guarantee you will get who you ask for. We will send you photos of the girls available when we do rosters the week of the event so you can submit your preferences.

How do the Strip Shows work?

Shows are typically 15 minutes.
The strippers are choregraphed performers who arrive at the events for their scheduled shows and then depart after those shows.
The strippers are different staff to the waiters, waitresses, hosts, so you get different people for each role.

How does Life Drawing work?

Life Drawing (other known as Nude Drawing) are one-hour workshops. Your nude male model is also your workshop co-ordinator. He will bring drawing pads and pencils with him, so you don’t need to bring anything with you. Our models have hot bodies, it’s a hens party after-all!

How does Burlesque Dancing work?

Burlesque workshops are one-hour duration, they require no experience, and they are no-sweat so you can wear anything you want (high heels welcome). Your instructor will get the Bride infront of the group and teach everyone sultry choreographed dance moves to get you loose for the night! No costumes are provided but they are not necessary.

What does the Nude Magician do?

Our exclusive Nude Magician offers a unique experience for Hens parties in Sydney. Imagine seeing the magic, where nothing can be hidden, with loads cheeky banter and fun. What starts with a sharp dressed magician gets very cheeky very quick! This unique 40-minute show always gives the bride and her guests an unforgettable experience. He is a class act.

What do Drag Queens do?

Drag Queens are flamboyant and entertaining hosts. They will perform 2 songs and co-ordinate any games provided by the client. If you wish to organise games for your Drag Queen please send us a brief by the date of balance due for your event.
We normally schedule the Drag Queens for 1-2 hours at venues, and 1.5-3 hours on boats. The duration depends on any other entertainment you have included in your package such as strip shows or life drawing, etc.

We have Dietary Requests?

All dietary requests will be catered for. We simply require a list of dietary requests with the corresponding guests’ names, to be submitted by the date of balance due for your event, so we can submit them to the suppliers in time.

Can we BYO Beverages?

For Venues, BYO drinks are strictly not permitted.
For Boats, we usually allow BYO beverages, subject to the options presented for each vessel. Some do not permit it.

Can we BYO Food?

For Venues, BYO food is not normally permitted, but if you wish to bring basic snacks or dessert please advise us in advance as a small fee may apply depending on the venue.
For Boats, BYO Food is subject to approval. In most cases the vessels will need to provide food for RSA purposes.

What are the Payment methods?

Payments methods include Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
The deposit is non-refundable because we are reserving the venues for you and rejecting other bookings.
The balance is normally due 10 days before your event and this will be specified in your booking confirmation.

What is the Booking Process?

Functions are subject to availability and they do get booked out. When you have decided on a package you would like, we will advise of the times available and then send you a booking confirmation form. Our venues and boats do get booked out quickly, so your booking is only secured once a booking confirmation form has been issued and a deposit has been paid.

For Venues, a deposit of only $200 is required to confirm the event. The balance isn’t payable until 10 days before the function. You have until then to confirm the number of guests attending and make any changes to the package. The deposit is deducted from the balance.

For Boats, a deposit of only $200 is required to confirm the booking. A second instalment of $300-500 is required 2-4 weeks after the deposit (depending on the boat). The final balance isn’t payable until 10 days before the event (unless otherwise agreed). You have until then to confirm the number of guests attending. The deposit and second instalment are both deducted from the balance. A $500 Bond is also sometimes required for Boats (usually for Bucks parties and for late night Hens parties). This will be refunded after the event if no damage occurs.

Is there a minimum number of people required?

Some of our packages have a minimum number of guests required. This is so they can be priced as low as possible. If you have less than the minimum, that’s fine, it may just mean a higher price for the package. Generally our packages are designed for 10+ people.

Does everyone in the group have to do every part of a package?

Not everyone has to do every part of the package and we can tailor the package for you. Just let us know what you need done and we’ll work it all out for you, so you’re getting the most bang for your buck.

Are minors allowed to attend?

Our parties are designed for adults (age 18+), however if you do have underage guests, they may be welcome to join the party under certain conditions for each package (please discuss these with us).

Can I Drink All I Want?

Our venues adhere to the Responsible Service of Alcohol laws (RSA), so even if you have an all-inclusive Beverage Package they do reserve the right to refuse service to any patrons that are unduly intoxicated or disorderly. This may include stalling the service of drinks temporarily, or stopping the service of drinks completely and terminating the function. No refunds are permitted so it is your responsibility to make the most of your package and have a good time.

What’s the Fine Print?

We operate as a Promoter and Booking Agent. Our packages remove any complications you would have organising all the elements on your own. Standard Terms and Conditions apply when you book a party with us. You should always read them before booking a party so things like our Cancellation Policy don't surprise you. You can also see our Privacy Policy just to give you peace of mind that we're not going to spam you or anything like that.

Can We Do You a Deal?

If you find better value for the same kind of package/experience that we have quoted you for, let us know. Most of our venues are exclusive to Get Loose and our packages are unique, so it's unlikely that you will find something of better value. We don't believe in copy/paste experiences that you may find through other booking agents. We are an events management agency and we put a lot of effort into building partnerships and designing experiences that you won't find anywhere else.
