  • The Cocktail Class is 45 mins to 1.5 Hours (depending on the size of the group)
  • The Private Dining Room is up to 2 Hours
  • Allow up to one hour for the meal after the cocktails and an additional hour after the meal to accommodate any entertainment

Location

  • This Harbourside venue is located on the Promenade at King St Wharf, Darling Harbour.
  • On arrival you will be treated a glass of Sparkling plus Garlic Pizza or Antipasto to share in the Private Dining Room, before moving to the sheltered Outdoor Garden Courtyard for your Cocktail Class.
  • After stirring up your cocktails you will move back to the Private Dining Room for your meal followed by your choice of entertainment.

You have a choice of entertainment after your cocktails and food. Choose from either of the following:

You also have the option of starting with another Daytime Activity such as Pole Dancing or a Treasure Hunt.

Plus you have free entry at a choice of Nightclubs for your after-party (on request).

On arrival you will be served Garlic Pizza or Antipasto to share (please choose one).

Your Cocktail Class includes 2 cocktails per person (please choose from the following):

  • Margarita
  • Mojito
  • Sex in the Beach
  • Espresso Martini

After your cocktail class your sit-down mail meal includes a choice of the following (each guest to choose one):

Penne Alla Bolognese

  • Casa’s Famous home-made bolognese topped w. parmesan & basil

Penne Arrabbiata

  • Penne served in a napoli sauce made of garlic, parsley, chilli pepper, black olives, extra virgin olive oil

Gnocchi Alle Verdurine (v)

  • Potato gnocchi cooked in a tasty vegetables ragu, chilli and a light touch of napoli sauce

Pollo Ai Peperoni Con Verdurine (GF)

  • Chicken breast slow cooked with a sauce of tomato, olives and capsicum served with a side of vegetables ratatouille

BBQ Chicken Wood-fired Pizza

  • BBQ sauce, fior di latte cheese, marinated chicken & mushrooms

Vegetarian Wood-Fire Pizza

  • White base, fior di latte, eggplant, artichoke, olives and mushroom

Capricciosa Wood-fired Pizza

  • Tomato sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, olives, ham, artichoke

  • The beverage package includes Champagne, Red & White Wine, House Beers, Water & Soft Drinks
  • There are strictly no BYO Beverages permitted

Package Price

Includes Cocktail Class, Meal, Choice of Entertainment & Complimentary After-Party.

Price Per Person:

  • 25-40 people: $149
  • 20-24 people: $159
  • 15-19 people: $169
  • 12-14 people: $179
  • 10-11 people: $189

Note:

  • There are no discounts if any guests are unable to participate in the cocktail class as this is a fixed package.

Optional Extras

OTHER ADD-ONS (price per person):

  • Beverage Package: $70
  • Additional Entertainment: $20 (max 1 in addition t0 the 1 included)
  • Party Shuttle Bus: $25 one-way / $40 return-trip
  • Stretch Hummer: $40 each-way

Payment Details

Deposit: $400

Balance: 10 days before event

The deposit locks in the package and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due.
