Get Loose organises dozens of staff every week around Australia. We are a busy full-service events management company, not a staffing agency. We outsource our girls to a trusted, experienced and reliable private agent. It is not an efficient or reliable process for our busy little business with the multitude of our services to give all our clients the choice of staff, dealing with changes to availability and possible cancellations (letting clients down). There are also legal, employment/contractor, insurance and tax related considerations that need to be applied to a large workforce of girls that typically consists of short-term workers. Furthermore, our business model is not primarily to profit from our entertainment services, they are simply add-on services to our venue and boat hire services.
In some cases we will allow you to organise your own girls on request (typically on our boats only). This is subject to approval by Get Loose as we need to be across all event logistics, any Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements and insurance policies that may apply. There are plenty of staffing agencies that can help you with that. They typically offer the same network of girls and just be sure to do your research to choose a professional and credible agency. Note that no agency can guarantee you will get the girls you choose. It’s important to note that we will require you to provide a copy of the agency’s Public Liability Insurance (some agencies may not even have this). If you book girls directly through your own personal contacts we will require a copy of their insurance. As the organiser of the staff you waive Get Loose of any responsibility.
In our opinion you can’t judge people based on photos alone and it’s most important that the girls are reliable and professional. There is also the possibility that you will be disappointed if you choose staff based on photos alone because they may be ‘dressed up’ like models to get bookings (some organise their own professional photoshoots and agencies only publish what they receive), or the photos could be outdated. Furthermore you risk the chance of the girls you choose being cancelled or replaced at the last minute if their circumstances change or if they cancel your gig to chase another/cash paying gig instead.

It’s the overall experience that matters and we pay attention to the details that deliver our clients a stress-free events management service. Occasionally there can be hiccups with girls such is the nature of the industry so our procedures are designed to minimise these, especially considering our clients pay a lot of money for an all-inclusive service and we are not willing to take risks on staff that could have a negative impact on the events. We have exclusive networks and strong relationships with our suppliers, but if you prefer a do-it-yourself approach or to deal with a company that doesn’t apply our strict procedures we totally understand and sincerely wish you all the best.
