Colleen, a certified coxswain, skilfully leads the XTsea crew, supported by her husband David, who handles rigging and serves as a concierge during charters. The staff onboard XTsea are wonderful hosts for your party cruise on Sydney Harbour.

  • Available everyday (enquire with us for availability on our real-time calendar)
  • 4 hour charters are preferred (3 hours subject to availability)
  • The latest finishing time is 10.30pm

Wharf Locations include:

  • King St Wharf, CBD (most popular)
  • Any other wharf on Sydney Harbour subject to availability with the exception of Kirribilli & St Ives Steps

Pre-loading:

  • Pre-delivery is free subject to availability on the morning of the charter at Elliot Street Wharf, Balmain
  • If the vessel’s first charter of the day is scheduled for 12.00pm for example, the delivery will need to be at 10.00am (2 hours prior)

Boat Hire Fees

Sep-Apr: $500 per hour

May-Aug: $400 per hour

4 Hour charters preferred (3 hours subject to availability)

Any Public Holiday: $600 per hour

New Years Eve:

Option A – $13,000 (or early bird price before 31 October is $12,000)

  • Pick-up: 8pm @ Rose Bay Ferry Wharf (or close by)
  • Drop-off: 1am-2am at any convenient wharf
  • 20 people max
  • BYO Drinks (No BYO Food)
  • Includes 5 bags of ice and light supper with platters & nibblies (menu can be tailored)

Option B – $15,000 (or early bird price before 31 October is $13,500)

  • Pick-up: 6pm
  • Drop-off: 1am-2am
  • 20 people max
  • BYO Food & Drinks (5 bags of ice provided)

Any Other Fees

  • Wharf & Travel Surcharge: $100 per charter ($50 per wharf)
  • Amenities Fee: $100 per charter (includes glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, servingware, large esky, free bottled water and cleaning)

Entertainment Options

Payment Details

Deposit: $800

Balance: 10 days before event

Bond: $500

The deposit locks in the boat and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due. The damage bond is payable before the cruise and is returned after the cruise.
