Location

  • This Harbourside venue is located on the Promenade at King St Wharf, Darling Harbour.
  • On arrival you will be treated a glass of Sparkling plus Garlic Pizza or Antipasto to share in the Private Dining Room, before moving to the sheltered Outdoor Garden Courtyard for your Cocktail Class.
  • After stirring up your cocktails you will move back to the Private Dining Room for your 3 Course Italian Meal followed by your choice of entertainment.

You have a choice of entertainment after your cocktails and food. Choose from either of the following:

You also have the option of starting with another Daytime Activity such as Pole Dancing or a Treasure Hunt.

Plus you have free entry at a choice of Nightclubs for your after-party (on request).

Food

On arrival you will be served Garlic Pizza or Antipasto to share.

After your Cocktail Class (2 cocktails per person), your sit-down meal includes shared entrées, dedicated mains and desserts.

ENTREES (shared in the middle of the table):

  • Calamari: Lightly battered calamari, served with homemade aioli.
  • Arancini: Traditional, lightly fried bolognese risotto balls, served with Napoli sauce and topped with rocket and shaved parmigiano.

MAINS (each guest to choose one):

  • Penne Alla Bolognese: Home-made bolognese topped with parmesan & basil.
  • Crispy Skin Barramundi (GF): Oven baked barramundi served with potatoes, cherry tomatoes & black olives.
  • Pappardelle Lamb Ragu: Slow braised lamb shoulder, San Marzano tomatoes, a soffrito of onion, carrot & celery.
  • Linguini Verdi Ai Gamberi: Green linguine with prawns, cherry tomatoes, chilli, prawn bisque and a light touch of Napoli sauce topped with fried rocket.
  • Pollo Alla Pizzaiola: Chicken breast cooked in a sauce of tomato, capers, olives and oregano, served with a side of mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
  • Gamberi Woodfired Pizza: Tomato sauce, prawns & chilli flakes.
  • Piccantina Woodfired Pizza: Tomato Sauce, fior di latte cheese, hot salami, olives, fresh rocket & chilli flakes.
  • La Patana Woodfired Pizza: White base, thinly sliced potatoes with rosemary & extra virgin olive oil.

  • Two types of chef’s selection dessert served alternatively.

  • There are strictly no BYO Beverages permitted

Optional Extras

Price Per Person:

  • Beverage Package: $70
  • Party Shuttle Bus: $25 one-way / $40 return-trip
  • Stretch Hummer: $40 each-way

Payment Details

Deposit: $400

Balance: 10 days before event

The deposit locks in the package and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due.
