On arrival you will be served Garlic Pizza or Antipasto to share.
After your Cocktail Class (2 cocktails per person), your sit-down meal includes shared entrées, dedicated mains and desserts.
ENTREESÂ (shared in the middle of the table):
- Calamari:Â Lightly battered calamari, served with homemade aioli.
- Arancini:Â Traditional, lightly fried bolognese risotto balls, served with Napoli sauce and topped with rocket and shaved parmigiano.
MAINSÂ (each guest to choose one):
- Penne Alla Bolognese:Â Home-made bolognese topped with parmesan & basil.
- Crispy Skin Barramundi (GF):Â Oven baked barramundi served with potatoes, cherry tomatoes & black olives.
- Pappardelle Lamb Ragu:Â Slow braised lamb shoulder, San Marzano tomatoes, a soffrito of onion, carrot & celery.
- Linguini Verdi Ai Gamberi:Â Green linguine with prawns, cherry tomatoes, chilli, prawn bisque and a light touch of Napoli sauce topped with fried rocket.
- Pollo Alla Pizzaiola:Â Chicken breast cooked in a sauce of tomato, capers, olives and oregano, served with a side of mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
- Gamberi Woodfired Pizza:Â Tomato sauce, prawns & chilli flakes.
- Piccantina Woodfired Pizza:Â Tomato Sauce, fior di latte cheese, hot salami, olives, fresh rocket & chilli flakes.
- La Patana Woodfired Pizza:Â White base, thinly sliced potatoes with rosemary & extra virgin olive oil.
DESSERT:
- Two types of chef’s selection dessert served alternatively.
