Gourmet BBQ sausage, fried onions in bread, topped with optional cheese and sauces, plus chips & dips.
Grazing Platter
$15 per person
A mixture of cold meat and cheese, gourmet dips with a variety of crackers topped with assorted fruit.
Hot Oven Foods
$15 per person
Sausage rolls, party pies, spring rolls, pastries and dipping sauces.
Or BYO Food
- No additional cost if the food is fully pre-prepared and does not require heating, cooking, or storage (e.g. grazing platters, sandwiches, wraps, or similar items).
- $50 per hour of the cruise if food requires staff to heat or cook items using the oven (e.g. sausages, spring rolls, or similar).
- $50 per hour of the cruise for use of the BBQ. Food must be simple to cook (e.g. sausages, chicken kebabs). Items such as ribs or brisket are not permitted.
- Napkins, sauces, paper plates, and cutlery are usually available onboard, however guests are encouraged to bring their own supplies to ensure there is enough for the group.
