Boat Hire Fees

  • October to March: $775 per hour
  • April to September: $675 per hour
  • December (Sun-Thurs): $775 per hour
  • December (Fri-Sat): $875 per hour
  • Public Holidays & Major Events (including Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Monday, ANZAC Day, Labour Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day & festival and harbour events): 20% surcharge ontop of Saturday rates (applies to all fees)
  • Easter Sunday: $9025 per hour
  • Christmas Day: $1,275 per hour
  • New Years Eve: Price upon request

Notes:

  • Charters are min 3 hours and preferred time slots are 12.00pm-3.00pm, 3:30pm-6:30pm and 7.00pm-10.00pm
  • For 4 hour charters the preferred time slots are 12.00pm-4.00pm and 5.00pm-9.00pm or 1.00pm-5.00pm and 6.00pm-10.00pm
  • Times may differ subject to availability on your requested date
  • Bucks Parties are limited to a maximum of 3 hours, a maximum of 30 passengers, and the latest start time allowed is 1.00pm

Wharf & Travel Surcharge*: $120 per charter ($60 per wharf)

BYO Surcharge – Food**:

  • 1 – 25 pax: $220 per charter (up to 4 hrs)
  • 26 – 46 pax: $270 per charter (up to 4 hrs)
  • $50 per extra hour
  • No BYO charters on Fri & Sat in December

BYO Surcharge – Beverages**:

  • 1 – 25 pax: $220 per charter (up to 4 hrs)
  • 26 – 46 pax: $270 per charter (up to 4 hrs)
  • $50 per extra hour

No BYO charters on Fri & Sat in December. NO BYO beverages for all Buck’s parties and all events with passenger numbers 47+.

Staffing Fees:

$300 per charter per staff (up to 4 hrs)
$75 per extra hour per staff

  • 1 – 25 pax: N/A
  • 26 – 46 pax: 1 staff
  • Additional staff required for 18th-21st Birthdays or Bucks Events

Pre-Access Surcharge: $275 per charter (for decorations, set-up only / does not apply to inspections or catering drop-offs)

BYO DJ Fee: $250

Floating Water Mat: $120 per charter (daytime charters only)

Stand-Up Paddleboards: $120 per charter (daytime charters only)

* An extra hour is charged for locations west of Gladesville Bridge, Manly and Balmoral.

** Inclusive of ice, crockery, cutlery, cups and serving equipment. Also includes BBQ usage/cleaning, BBQ utensils, use of fridges and garbage disposal. The crew will cook the BBQ when vessel is stationary. All BYO beverages must be placed behind the bar and be served by the crew.

Payment Details

Deposit: $1,200

Balance: 10 days before event

Bond: $500

The deposit locks in the boat and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due. The damage bond is payable before the cruise and is returned after the cruise.
