  • Charters are min 3 hours in March to October and preferred time slots are 12.00pm-3.00pm, 3:30pm-6:30pm and 7.00pm-10.00pm
  • Charters are min 4 hours in November to February and preferred time slots are 12.00pm-4.00pm and 5.00pm-9.00pm or 1.00pm-5.00pm and 6.00pm-10.00pm
  • Times may differ subject to availability on your requested date

  • Yeend St Pontoon, Balmain

  • All wharfs are subject to availability, other options are available on special request and additional fees may apply depending on the wharf
  • Spit Bridge & Watsons Bay incurs an additional fee of $300 each way (subject to availability)
  • Manly is subject to approval and price on enquiry as it depends on the boat’s schedule for the day
  • The boat cannot travel to Lavender Bay, Commissioners Steps Circular Quay, McMahons Point Ferry Wharf, Rushcutters Bay or Woolloomooloo

Boat Hire Fees

  • March–October: $1,200 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
  • November–February: $1,500 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
  • Public Holidays: $6500 for 3 hours Package, $8350 for 4 hours Package
  • 2026 NYE: $43,000 – 7 hours

Any Other Fees

  • BYO Beverage Fee: $20 per person (includes use of plates, drink-ware, serving platters, garbage disposal & cleaning)
  • BYO Food Fee: $250 flat-rate
  • Wait Staff: $360 per wait staff for up to 4 hours; additional hours $80 per hour
  • Wharf fee: $60 per docking
  • Manly, Middle Harbour, Watsons Bay & Olympic Park wharf surcharge: POA

Entertainment Options

Payment Details

Deposit: $2,000

Balance: 10 days before event

Bond: $1,000

The deposit locks in the boat and confirms the booking for you. The deposit contributes to the total price and the balance is the remaining amount due. The damage bond is payable before the cruise and is returned after the cruise.
