Canape Menu (chef will assign 5 items from the below menu):

• Peri Peri Chicken Skewer: Chicken breast fillet marinated in an authentic peri peri sauce, with a hint of lemon.
• Wellington Peking Duck in Puff Pastry: Peking duck inspired filling wrapped in a flaky puff pastry.
• Spiced Lamb Madras Samosa with Vegetables in Yoghurt Pastry: Lightly spiced lamb and vegetables wrapped in a yoghurt pastry.
• Moroccan Lamb Meatballs Seasoned with Capsicum, Paprika & Herbs: Minced lamb seasoned with red capsicum, paprika, coriander, cumin and parsley hand rolled and served with tzatziki sauce.
• Pork & Fennel Sausage Roll: Traditional moist & juicy pork sausage roll with just a hint of fennel seeds in golden flaky pastry.
• Falafel with Spiced Chickpea Puree (G/F): Mediterranean style falafel balls with chickpea and flat beans served with spiced chickpea puree.
• Moroccan Stuffed Pumpkin Flowers: Pumpkin flowers filled with a mix of finely diced pumpkin, onion, cumin and coriander, coated in a light tempura batter.
• Lightly Curried Pumpkin & Chickpea Roll (G/F): Pumpkin & chickpea rolls with a mild curry flavour encased in flaky gluten free pastry.
